I just had the exact (or very similar) conversation with Ticketek in the last week over Robin Williams and Young @ Heart. Long story but eventually got what I wanted (to not pay extra because I happen to use a wheelchair) but should it really have taken eight days, 4 phone calls, 3 different operators, and threatening the media? SERIOUSLY! Watch this space…this has to change somehow
