Manawanui InCharge, a charitable company contracted by the Ministry of Health, seeks an experienced General Manager to promote & manage Individualised Funding for disabled people.

The principle function of Manawanui InCharge is to support disabled people to have an efficient, effective and culturally competent way of managing their invidiualised funding (IF).

The role of the General Manager is to promote and manage the IF service we provide. The core functions of this position are to maintain robust, sustainable systems for managing IF and to build the company by implementing the Strategic Plan. Secondary but vital functions include the promotion of IF within the disability sector and developing the team of IF Coaches, who provide support to clients (IF Budget Holders).

The role is full time and based in Auckland. Successful applicants will require access to their own vehicle and the ability to travel. Disabled people and family members are encouraged to apply.
