Shortland St audition
Red November 30th, 2007 7 Comments
On an utterly and self-indulgently personal note, I auditioned for a role in NZ’s favourite soap Shortland St today! I honestly don’t know whether I stand a chance, so I guess time will tell.. But if I do make the cut, we might finally get some retard representation on everyone’s favourite 7 o’clock show!
Well, some people’s favourite, hehe
I’ll keep you updated…

Woohoo Red! You better ask Philip for some pointers!
My lips are sealed
No of course I'll share but I remember very little it was so long ago. Except for being told by a director, "You're not on stage now, Patston – stop ad libbing!" And getting the giggles off-set with Katrina Devine (she played "Minnie" I think) – she was a sweetie!
Hey did you audition for a role in sst by da way? Really want2 aud myself but don't where2go or how2 go about it… advie?
Hey there,
I suggest getting yourself an agent! Apparently the people over at Red Eleven are the people Shortland St uses…
Hope that helps!
