<description>Please keep me informed on how you go? There are many Starbuck coffee shops around Brisbane -- including the hospital that has the major spinal injuries unit in Queensland.

I have no use of my arms and legs (SCI C3/C4 quadriplegic) and have to rely on a support worker to actually reach up and take the drink/coffee from over the top of the counter. If the people serving the coffee were able to COME TO ME instead, the container could just be placed in a holder I have purpose-built which is attached to my chair.

Thank you very much for the idea of approaching Starbucks. Next time I am going to this hospital, I will have a letter prepared to give to the manager of this coffee shop asking if they are prepared to come to me (anybody in a wheelchair). This would strike another blow towards independence. I get sick of relying on support workers to do everything for me.
