She doesn't have say in her daughter having an abortion or not; therefore, she doesn't have say in her daughter's capacity to have babies or not. Leave the daughter's body alone. Let the daughter be the one to make a decision when she is an adult. It is her body not her mom's. She is a normal child with some physical problems; however, she is still human and has a right to bear children if she so wishes at a later age.
